All OneNetwork® data centres are state of the art housing facilities. When your equipment is co-located in a OneNetwork® data centre your assured carrier grade levels of service.
Our facilities are equipped with fully redundant power grids and diesel generated UPS climate controlled, forced air conditioning, fire, smoke and moisture detection systems.
Our data centres have full redundancy and are multi homed to a number of TIER-1 upstream providers. We currently employ multiple 100mb links to each of those providers, and maintain fibre connections between each of our data centres. This ensures there is always more than enough bandwidth regardless of the application. The network has been designed in such a way if a router does go down, or even something as insignificant as a switch fails, a redundant piece of hardware will automatically take over. This is one of the main factors in our constant 99.99% uptimes.
Each data centre is constantly monitored to ensure packet loss is minimised, and all services and operations are running smoothly. Each data centre is secured by third party security personnel which ensure only authorised people have access to the centre, and specifically to your equipment.
24 x 7 monitoring of hardware, software, devices, and events using the latest intrusion detection tools is constantly performed by OneNetwork®. If a problem ever does arise, our real time alert management software informs OneNetwork® staff and the appropriate customer staff. In these ways, we are able to offer our data centre to VoIP providers where low latency, and no packet loss is essential.
